We look forward to welcoming you to Age Perfectly. Please select your desired service from the drop-down menu below. Enter your contact information, then choose the date and time that work best for you. Available dates are marked on the calendar with green dots. Once your appointment is booked, you will promptly receive a confirmation email. Please save this email, as it contains a link labeled ” View or Change Your Appointment”, which allows you to access and manage your booking online. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please use the online booking system rather than calling or texting your provider. We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.  Our goal is to provide every customer with exceptional, individualized care and the time and attention they deserve. Because

appointments are in high demand, advance notice of cancellation allows us to offer that time to another customer who may be waiting for an appointment.

Our booking system generates an appointment reminder email, a text message reminder, and a voicemail. It allows each customer an opportunity to decline an appointment in a timely manner. The online portal is accessible 24/7.

No-shows, appointments moved to a future date, or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Consultation fee:

A $50 fee applies to all consultations. The full consultation fee will be credited toward a future treatment.
