Experience IPL Lumecca PEAK and enjoy the benefits of Brilliant and Flawless skin!
Lumecca Peak is a photo-rejuvenative, non-invasive treatment that diminishes unwanted color on the skin that can be caused by broken capillaries, rosacea, or sun damage. Lumecca Peak offers a significant upgrade to standard IPL treatments by delivering up to 3 times more energy and 25% more optical power. It generates faster, more effective, and more noticeable results for pigmentation, vascular lesions, and sun damage. Its high power density allows for better absorption by targeting melanin and hemoglobin, leading to improved skin tone and clarity in fewer sessions compared to first-generation Lumecca or traditional IPL. Lumecca Peak incorporates a strong, integrated cooling system, enhancing patient experience during the procedure by significantly reducing discomfort.
Faster and More Efficient Results: Due to the higher energy levels and targeted approach, Lumecca Peak can often achieve optimal results in fewer treatment sessions. While traditional IPL might require 4-6 sessions, Lumecca Peak can achieve comparable results in 1-3 sessions. Some patients even see noticeable improvements after the very first treatment.
Enhanced Comfort: Lumecca Peak incorporates a sapphire cooling tip, which helps to minimize discomfort during the procedure, even with its increased power output. Patients often describe the sensation as a mild snapping of a rubber band against the skin.
Minimal Downtime: Lumecca Peak boasts minimal downtime compared to traditional IPL treatments. While some redness or slight warmth might be experienced after the session, it typically subsides within a few hours.
Broader Wavelength Range for Targeted Treatment: Lumecca Peak utilizes a wider range of wavelengths, including an amplified short wavelength range of 500-600 nm, to better target melanin and hemoglobin. This optimized output allows for more precise and effective treatment of pigmented lesions, vascular lesions, and other skin texture irregularities, including those related to dry eye conditions.
In essence, Lumecca Peak offers a faster, more comfortable, and more powerful approach to IPL treatment, leading to quicker and more effective results in addressing various skin concerns. Although Lumecca Peak can be utilized from head to toe, some of the common treatment areas are the face, neck, chest, decollete, hands, back, thighs, and targeted spot treatments.
How quickly are the results visible?
The beauty of Lumecca Peak lies in its ability to deliver noticeable results quickly compared to traditional IPL treatments. A few days after the first session, you may start seeing improvements in sun damage and overall skin complexion. Pigmented spots (brown spots, freckles) may darken temporarily before they begin to flake off. Within 1-2 weeks: Most visible results, such as reduced pigmentation and improved skin clarity, become apparent. The skin continues to rejuvenate and improve in appearance during this time. For vascular lesions (spider veins, rosacea): Results can become visible within 2 weeks.
Full Results: For optimal results, especially for more significant sun damage or age spots, multiple sessions spaced four weeks apart are recommended. Full results can take up to 3 to 6 months. Collagen Stimulation: IPL treatments stimulate collagen production, which continues to improve skin texture and tone over several months. Maintenance: It is important to protect your skin from the sun, especially during the first two weeks post-treatment, and to have a maintenance treatment once a year.
