Founder and co-owner Helen Jackman RN, BSN, Simmons College graduate, has established loyal clients in Wellesley and Metro Boston area who value her personable and gentle approach. Helen has over two decades of experience in acute care, over fifteen years of experience in the fields of medical aesthetics, and is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner Degree. She is certified as a Master Injector by Allergan and Galderma and has over 45 certifications in the field of medical aesthetics relevant to facial anatomy and advanced injectable techniques. Helen has had the privilege of attending training by world-renowned experts in the field of medical aesthetics, Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Danny Vleggaar, Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera, and Dr. Mauricio de Maio. Helen is a consummate professional in the field of medical aesthetics; she works in affiliation with Dr. Richard Peinert, a Harvard-trained, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 40 years of experience in reconstructive surgery. We believe that knowledge of facial anatomy, the practice of most modern techniques and the development of personalized treatment plan, are vital for safe delivery of the best possible result.

Laura Smith Dziama, WHNP-BC, is a graduate of Boston College’s Connell School of Nursing, earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with a specialty in Women’s Health. She was a Division 1 full-scholarship collegiate athlete in cross-country and track. Laura has a vast experience practicing in anti-aging medicine, correctional health, urgent care, and college health, where she realized her fierce passion for aesthetic dermatology and women’s wellness. Twenty years of experience as a nurse practitioner has led her to pursue certification for advanced practice providers in aesthetics, once again at her alma mater, Boston College. Laura has trained under Dr. Rainone at Boston Bioskills Lab in complex facial anatomy and in advanced use of a dermal cannula technique. She is extremely excited to join our expert team at Age Perfectly, which she was drawn to due to our focus on natural aesthetic, anti-aging, and a compassionate patient-centered approach. Her focus will be on providing Votiva by InMode and hormonal wellness. She resides in Wellesley with her husband, whom she met through BC athletics, and their three children: a beautiful daughter and two handsome sons. Laura loves the outdoors, travel, fitness, and adventures with family and friends.

Liz Lewisson- a Licensed Master Esthetician and a US Marine Corps veteran. Since joining Age Perfectly in 2022, Liz has received an Award of the top 10% providers in North America for Morpheus8, and an Excellence Award for IPL Lumecca in 2024. Richard A. Peinert, MD, is a graduate of Harvard Medical school and is affiliated with numerous hospitals. He has over 40 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and decades of teaching experience Dr. Peinert is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He offers his patients the finest in plastic surgery techniques, whether they are seeking a subtle improvement in appearance or a full transformation.
